Store: A LEG UP
Dear Admin. I need help. I have been selling Lego for over 20 years. This
Buyer is saying they received non-Lego damaged Lego and so on. I have written
to them and told them I would send them a label to return the ones they feel
are damaged and then when I receive them back I will refund the money for them.
It is then that I find out the Buyer is not in the States. I do not sell to
out of the US so they would have had to go through a forwarding company and they
are saying that would not work for them. Attached are the notes back and forth
they are in reverse order. from: ihave36paws Sent on: Aug 7, 2023 08:51
Send it back to prove it. All ours are double checked before they go out.

Receiving a label to mail them back see a fair thing to do. I will then refund
you the money once they arrive. It is a simple as that.

I noticed that you have 20 feedback that mention you have received refunds.

Just give me the okay to mail the label and this will be over soon.

Selling counterfeit LEGO should close the store.

I am sending the label to the address that the mini figures went to. I do not
sell international so us used a forwarder and went around that process.

Offer still stands I will send a label for the return of the mini's and then
I will refund for them when I receive them back.

That is my only offer.

I am in China, and these are not worth it when I return them to you. The shipping
cost is too expensive, and I will evaluate them truthfully.

Sorry for the errors. We will send you a label to return them and when we receive
the mini figures back we will refund the amount for them.

Hello, I received the goods today, but there are major issues.

1. Two njo032, they are both fake!!

2. Njo018, both have severe oxidation and yellowing, and there are also cracks,
which do not match the description

3. Njo031, both are oxidized and yellowed, with bumps, which do not match the
description

This is a disappointing shopping experience.

Is there anything I can do about this? The refund comes to over thirty dollars
but that is not the point (We do not sell bad product I want to see the items)
If you look at their FB you can count over 20 of them that he mentions receiving
a refund. He wants to now stop me from selling but it looks like he needs to
be blocked from buying. I do not want to block him at this point until everything
is settled encase I miss a message from him.

Can you tell me what I have to do to protect my store?

Check the PayPal or Stripe payment details. See if there is anything that might
clue you that the payment was cross-border. If so, that’s where you can make
changes to stop (or at least significantly reduce) this issue.

BrickLink has nothing that blocks the re-shippers.

On PayPal you can block non-us PayPal accounts and another setting to only accept
us currencies. Someone correct me if there are reasons not to have this restrictions
selected in your PayPal setting if only wanting to sell within the US...
