I didn't set minimum buy but a buyer is in trouble for minimum buying.
I'm in S.Korea and the buyer is in Europe,
He can't place order with this error message,
"Seller does not support shipping to Europe when item total is equal to or

You will need to enable either PayPal Onsite or Stripe Onsite (or both) for it
to work as BrickLink will be collecting taxes from the buyer automatically. Offsite
payments are not supported.

Besides EU, not having an Onsite payment method also limited your sales for UK, USA
& AU (and soon Norway and NZ).
Beware that you now need to join a “VAT receipt” for UK and EU for orders below
€150 / £135. And you need to transmit BL’s VAT / IOSS number or your buyer will
be charged VAT a second time.
That means a special CN22A for UK and _electronical_ transmission for EU.
