Hi,
I placed an order with a seller on July 9th and payed on site. On, July 15th,
when I noticed it hadn't been picked yet, I posted through Bricklink and
emailed if I could add to the order. I was told I could do so and would be refunded
the difference in shipping. On July 16th I added to the order and paid on site.

My orders still haven't been packed. I messaged through Bricklink to ask
about my order. There was no response. I emailed the seller, there's been
no response. I know the seller is shipping orders, and getting responses of
"fast shipping". However, my orders are still listed as paid. My credit
card statement has arrived and at this point I would like to dispute the charges
and just be done dealing with this seller.

What is the proper protocal?

first file an NSS as 3 of them completed will permanently close a store so sellers
take it seriously. this usually will get the seller to respond but if they don't
then you should move forward with the bank claim

File a NSS alert, that should get the seller's attention.

Cheers ...
