I don't offer shipping outside of the US but a buyer from Switzerland has
placed an order. The order includes 165 items but should still be under 1 lb.
I looked up shipping through USPS and the cost estimate is for $31.20 for first
class international shipping. I invoiced the buyer this amount and he says he
typically see shipping between $15 and $20 for similar orders. Can anyone help
point me in the right direction if I am looking in the wrong place or give me
any pointers for international shipping?

I use pirate ship and I live in the USA so you should be able to do that just
sign up for an account and it should tell you how to set up simple export rate.

Sign up for Pirate Ship, and use the "simple export rate" (this has to
be enabled by support). 1 lb would be $16.99, up to 2 lbs is $19.99
