| A bit of a new territory for me so need a little bit of advice.
Order received on Jan 31st.
Buyer did a dirty. Have as strong of a reason as it gets to believe that not
only to me but at least one other seller between now and then.
Issued NPB today, Jul 29th
Question. Does NPB reset the 180 day purge timer and I will be able to leave
feedback if this takes a week or two to settle?

Your problem order should be retained for 3 years from the original order date,
