Seller Ships to My Country Store: Capital City Bricks
Where do I begin...
I ship orders out daily and om Saturday. The packages don't get scanned
in for at least two business days (so they either sit in the blue boxes) or they
are not scanned until ready for processing.
Once they are scanned, they sit for at least another day, possibly two before
leaving the area. They are then shipped out to regions unknown ONLY to come
back to Tallahassee to sit for another day just to go to points unknown.
This is by far, a (edited). They change the name just so they can "stop
the clock" as long as they want and thus reduce the service times for delivery.
Prior to the "change" orders would go from the East Coast to the West
Coast in three days flat.
I shipped out something by Priority Mail and it took five business days to go
two states away. Now, I know I cannot "hand deliver" a package two states
away for $9.00, but come on USPS.
Sellers, have you updated your Terms or splash page to notated potential shipping
delays by the USPS? I guess we'll all need to make mention of such as if
I ship a package today, it won't get scanned for at least a day or two and
this may cause the borrower to think I haven't shipped it when I honestly
did. Truly aggravating to say the least
Rant over..
Brian
