The only Duplo brick separator parts I am aware of are these, most likely not
what you're looking for, since I don't recall any coming in orange, and
they're only used for separating Duplo Toolo elements anyway:
In fact, I don't recall there ever being a Duplo brick separator.
If one exists, it must be a super rare item that's rare enough that BrickLink
hasn't heard of it.

Further checking results on Google show that at least one person 3D printed an
upscaled brick separator, scaled up to Duplo proportions. Unfortunately, since
it is not a genuine LEGO product, it cannot be sold on this site, and therefore
would be unavailable here.
