| I need a bypass to complete an order. I ordered 15 lots and supposedly the seller's
limit is 10 w/o a bypass code/number/or whatever. I have contacted them and
no response. How do I confirm they are still a valid seller? Plus they are
selling pieces for $0.001. For what I need at those type prices my order came
to $0.55 plus shipping and tax. Or does Bricklink allow sellers to not respond
if they do not want to make the sale? I am at a stand point whether or not to
continue.

Bad seller, change seller.
Don't loose your time (and money).

by the sounds of it that store is doing very not allowed selling practises. (practically
free prices with shipping costs) report them to an admin or post their store
here so an admin can see it and they will likely take action

well, we do not sell the low-tier, rock bottom parts as those are typically rock
bottom condition..
but feel free to check out our store, fair pricing for condition & a $5.00 flat
rate shipping..
no order limits..

Go to your cart and click the Add to Wanted List button, then find one or more
sellers who are selling the items you want.

This sounds like one of those sellers that charge very little for the parts,
severely limit how much you buy, then really hit you on the shipping per order.
