All feedback is transaction-related, so you need to place an order in order from
someone on BL to get enough positive feedback (1) to be a seller.

Do yourself a favour, and don't open a store. If you haven't got enough
time to read a couple of help pages then you won't have time to run a store
properly.

You just need 1 feedback which you can get by placing an order and the seller
leaving feedback. Keep in mind some sellers leave feedback when you pay, some
when the order is shipped and some when it’s marked as completed and a few when
you leave feedback (and a very small amount never leave it) so if you place an
order and wait for it and then mark it as complete and leave feedback you should
get feedback

I always try to leave feedback right away for new buyers, I think it helps welcome
those new to the site.

How would you manage a store if you don't want to read the list of requirements
of becoming a seller? By starting the new seller verification process you need
to accept those
