I'm not sure how I let it happen but I missed the fee payment for this month
and it has resulted in selling privileges being revoked. I have now paid the
fee but it's still closed. Is anyone able to fix this? My staff rely on the
income as wages. I'm not sure if any admins work weekends but I would really
appreciate someone looking into it.

You might need to re-register with the same email address as your BL user, average
reply time is around 27h now including weekends, but today is Saturday so probably
you will need to wait for Monday morning BL time.

When and if you get this resolved, put a reminder on your phone for the 5th of
the month, so that you won’t miss the email if it ends up in your spam folder.
That we are now at mid July suggests to me, that it may have been the June payment
you missed.

I very nearly missed it this month! So much going on in work and life it just
slipped my mind.

IDK what you are seeing, but I am seeing 99.77% feedback with over 12,000 orders,
that is pretty darn good, IMO.

Not sure that phase makes sense here, while I do have shortcomings (obviously),
it has never been a lack of customer service. Someday I might just forget to
pay my fees!

I'm sorry you feel that I was dumping on you. I guess I should have also
stated I've never been late either, and also imply how easy it was to be
on time, that would be helpful!

Frankly I was pointing out to you that not everyone is perfect, we all make mistakes,

I believe the closure would be related to the previous month's bill (for
May). They allow 30 days + a grace period of an additional 10 days (which aligns
exactly to July 15 since that bill was issued June 5th).

Out of curiosity, is/was it showing you two alerts (one for May, and one for
June)? I wonder if the May alert goes away and is "overwritten" to only
show newest alert. If so, hopefully BL could ensure both are still showing, and
even alert that the previous is now overdue.

If it doesn't already happen, it would be beneficial for BrickLink to send
another reminder at the 30 day mark to warn sellers that they are in the "overdue"
grace period. I know many (especially bigger) sellers use other tools for order
management and aren't in the main store management window a lot of the time.

Unless TLC changed things in The Acquisition, Bricklink staff relies on revenue
from the fees as wages too.
