| Customer wanted to remove items. Next it needs to be approved?
By whom? And how?
Is there a (illustrative) help page for this?

Buyer uses:
https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrderItem.asp
Then you'll receive an e-mail with a click button, follow it, and approve
one by one the changes; validate the whole at the end.

And if the seller is the one that submits the removal request in that form then
the buyer is the one who have to accept.
Also, only if the buyer initiates the request is when the site lets the seller
approve AND CHOOSE to return to their store inventory
