| I am looking for more information on this legoland minifigure. My freind's
mother went on a trip to legoland in 1984 (I am unsure as to how accurate this
date is) and got it there. Would anyone be able to point me to a part number
or provide more information on it?

What are those metal things?

I assume they are a keychain acting as handcuffs from play.

That would explain the difficulty in finding the torso on bricklink. I couldn't
find any part listings anywhere. It also may explain the chain.
