Seller Does Not Ship to My Country Store: Top Slot
Thought I’d ask about something that has bothered me for some time.

How do I prove the value of the contents of a package that’s lost when making
a claim, the Royal Mail for me ?

Standard package with Royal Mail’s basic compensation or one that has extra insurance
?

I always thought they require you to prove what you paid for it, not what you
sell it for.

Fortunately I’ve not needed to do this so far and hope I never will.

If you're the seller, your invoice.

If you're the buyer, the invoice you paid, and/or the proof of payment (like
a PayPal transaction copy).
