| I have quotes turned on in my store settings, but the "Request Quote"
option does not populate for the buyer at checkout.
I'm guessing it is related to one or more options that I've got selected
(Use 'Request Invoice' as Backup When Weight is not Available, etc),
but I cannot figure out what other options could be effecting the ability to
submit a quote request.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Note that there are actually two places in your store settings to enable quotes-the
first is a global setting, in the Management tab under Store / Inventory Options:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/management.page
And then again in the Shipping tab under each individual shipping method:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page
Only if both options are enabled will buyers see the option to request a quote
at checkout.
Note also that in order to enable quote requests for a particular shipping method,
it must be set to manual. Automatic shipping methods don't support quotes.
Also, for what it's worth, I do see the option to request a quote in your
store.

| I appreciate your time in checking my store for me.
It's confusing because I had a few different people telling me that they
could not request a quote through my store. I can't checkout in my own store,
so I have not been able to check it for myself.

| For the instant checkout options (including First Class International), it won't
give you the buyer the option to request a quote.
However, you should be able to select the shipping option "Request Quote"
and submit a quote request that way; providing I set it up correctly.
I appreciate everyone's help in getting this sorted out. The testing is very
very helpful.
