| I want to block/stop a particular seller from contacting me through the Bricklink
message platform. How do I do that?

You can't.
But DO report him/her, especially if it's serious, like some form of harassment,
or business proposal outside BrickLink...
Admins will take care of this.

| Wait, can't you just put them on your stop list? That would stop all communication
wouldn't it?

More seriously, there’s nothing in the MyContact Settings¹ and the “ignore list²”
is only for the forum.

No, it doesn't.
You can stop list buyers, they can't buy in your shop but still can contact
you.
You can least fav sellers, but they can contact also you - and much more, they
don't know who least (or best) fav'ed them.
