| Hi,
I currently have a buyer who started their order on May 24th (new account, 1
feedback). They chose IBAN as a payment option, but have since added new batches
to the order every 3-5 days and have not paid. The order date keeps changing
with every new batch added.
I repeatedly tried communication with the buyer. I also waived the shipping costs
on the invoice, in case that is their cause for trying to get the order as big
as possible (shipping was 6€). Never got an answer from the buyer.
Is this common? Can I do anything against it?
Is this technically a case for NPB? Because with every new batch added their
7 days get reset?
Or can I simply stoplist the buyer while the order is ongoing?

do you have a timefrme mentioned in your terms of when you ship out?
like as example "we typically ship out within 48-72 hours of purchase"
if you do not, that would give you reason to begin requesting payment on the
initial orders.

You can mark the order as packed. That should stop them adding more.

| hi,
in my shop this is not a problem but only when agreed at first contact.
but...
when I have a buyer like you have rigt now and also does not respond to messages
,a possibility is set the order status on ''packed''.
Then the buyer can not add anymore to the existing order and then block him/her
temporary untill he/she reacts to the messages
if not...after 6 days start NPB
kind regards,Hans

| I would definitely set the order status as packed and send the invoice, then
file an NPB alert as soon as possible.
But in the meantime, you should also add the buyer to your stoplist : I have
had a similar case a few months ago where the buyer created a new order when
I set the first one as "packed" and still didn't pay any of the orders.
I had 2 NPBs on them, then once the orders were cancelled they sent money via
Paypal offsite, asking for the items in their cancelled orders, and was very
upset when I refused.
I'm interested to hear the username of that buyer by private message if you
don't mind, so I can add them to my stoplist.

Maybe the one buyer, that collected in my shop over a year with in the end more
than 30 batches. But he paid after all and had a clean feedback, so no problem
for me. I think it depends on the blocked value in cart.
