| It means that the seller will ship to your location - some sellers don’t ship
internationally so if for example, an Australian store doesn’t ship to the USA,
that will say “doesn’t ship to me” and you can’t buy from that shop.

It means exactly hat it says - the seller will sell and ship/send orders to you.
Some shops will not/cannot (due to payment methods/other settings etc.) ship
to different states or countries in which case it will say "Seller does not
ship to me" or something similar.
You can tell at a glance whether you can purchase from a seller from their ID
Card - if they have a green box next to the store name, they will sell and ship
to you. If it's red, they won't/can't.
Or something.

Thanks iprice I thought I can ship unwanted parts that I don’t need to another
seller and get credit and get other parts I need for a moc build I need to get
more parts for this castle
