you may want to update this line "If package is shipped, delivery is out
of my hands" as its a bit vague and buyers may think it means that you are
saying if anything happens to the package once its shipped you have no responsibility
which isn't true as Paypal and banks will always side with the buyer so it
may be prudent to be more upfront to buyers
