| I thought I’d share this with you all. I was getting a set ready to be washed
and I found this in with my 7720 set. Think they’d still honor it??

LEGO customer service is some of the best. I’m sure some employee would be crazy
enough to honor it, though, I’d have a hard time letting it go. Nice find!

I would start out by addressing Susan Williams directly. The sprit of Susan
Williams might still exist in the halls of LEGO Customer Service.
I wonder how many people who work for Lego Customer Service today know who Susan
Williams is or was? For those of us that were kids, Susan Williams and her famous
signature were to LEGO what Betty Crocker is to baking supplies and what Santa
Claus is to Christmas.
It's a shame the current Lego products don't come with Susan William's
kind words of encouragement and her fine signature. Kids today don't have
anyone to write letters to at LEGO and then anxiously await a reply letter in
the mailbox -- or even a small package of the wished-for Lego parts if your
wish was one that Susan Williams was able to make come true.

You’re welcome! The whole process is taking me back to my time at Lego. There
are memories of good coworkers, fun events and people that we’ve lost since we
moved on.
I don’t want to send this post card though the mail but I am going to copy it
and include it with a letter. I’m betting that someone will see it and get a
kick out of it too.

You’re welcome! The whole process is taking me back to my time at Lego. There
are memories of good coworkers, fun events and people that we’ve lost since we
moved on.
I don’t want to send this post card though the mail but I am going to copy it
and include it with a letter. I’m betting that someone will see it and get a
kick out of it too.

Good plan.
And, you might frame theis card with the backside in sight. Looks great over
some nice Lego sets
