Try adding a * after the part number since sometimes parts that have the same
number are different so they are split between a and b such as
 
Part No: 2418a Name: Windscreen 6 x 6 x 2 Octagonal Canopy without Axle Hole
* 		2418a Windscreen 6 x 6 x 2 Octagonal Canopy without Axle Hole
Parts: Windscreen {White}
And
 
Part No: 2418b Name: Windscreen 6 x 6 x 2 Octagonal Canopy with Axle Hole
