I'm not sure it's possible.
But when uploading to BL you may have an option to specify the number of digits?
I don't know, you've to search or post in BrickStore Issues, Robert develops
fast features he approves.

Under EDIT, select PRICE, ROUND TO 2 DECIMALS. Its my final
step before ever uploading any new parts to my store. There was a setting in
the preferences that allowed you to always have it at 2 decimals, but that went
away a couple or 10 versions ago. (maybe it was on the BrickStock version)

Ah yes, even easier, Right Click and it's there.
