| I tried to check some sets average partout value but when i cliked get value
nothing happened. How do i make it work?

Hi EetuPirinen,
Follow these steps:
(1) search the set of which you want to know the part out value.
(2) click on it so that you can see the details (items for sale - price guide
- set inventory)
(3) under "my store inventory", click on PART OUT.
NOTE *** I hope you see this point, if not it might be due to the fact that you're
not eligible to sell on BL /// to sell on bricklink you need at least 1 positive
feedback and you need seller privileges ***
(4) Set DEFAULT PRICES TO: to Last 6 Months Sales average by Qty.
(5) Click on SUBMIT FOR EDIT
(6) On the next screen, all fields should have a value (mostly this is the case
except for newer parts) - At the bottom, click on VERIFY ITEMS
(7) Scroll all the way down and you will see the total part out value (given
your previous selections)
(8) DON'T CLICK ON UPLOAD ITEMS (unless you really want to add them to your
sales inventory)

Just go to https://www.bricklink.com/catalogPG.asp and enter the set number.
However, this only works for sets that have been inventoried.
If you look at the newest of sets, they may not have been inventoried yet, or
their parts may not have a price guide value yet.
So if you have been checking only the newest sets, it makes sense that you have
not succeeded. Try an older set to check how it is supposed to work.
