Hi Guys,

Just need some advice. I received a NSS for the first time in about 10 years
of actively selling and buying on brick link. Customer made an order we filled
and shipped but the head the customer ordered was incorrect. Listing error for
sure. I opened our dashboard this morning to the NSS alert. I contacted the
customer apologized and sent a full refund so they can source that correct part
as I don't have the correct one.

I put comments into the field on the form and sent it off.

Question is what happens next? We have processed over 19k orders and this is
a first for us. We make mistakes for sure but always work through them with
the customer and have a 99.88 feed back. Hoping this is a minor thing but I
am not sure.

We had this happen to us in the past. Since you have the documentation and a
10k+ reputation i think it's unlikely for this NSS to be completed. Just
work with the Help Desk they're likely to remove the NSS for you.
