| Hi there! I am still learning how to use the ordering system. One issue I have
is that I often forget to " add to cart" after I select the vendor I
want to buy from. My thinking is that it would be 1 step and not 2 to add items
to the cart. Most of the time I catch myself, but sometimes I miss it. I have
a paid order and the seller told me there is a way to add to the existing paid
order. I can't direr out how to do that. Please help! Thank you, Tami

| if an order is paid for nothing can be added to it. a new order will have to
be placed and you have to ask the seller to combine shipping

| Thank you! Does that mean I place a new order and the seller , who has agreed
to combine, can just refund the overcharge on shipping? Thank you

yup, or if the seller offers manual shipping options they might not need to refund
anything and just send the invoice with no shipping cost

Yes, I've done it several times. If there is an option for manual invoicing/request
for invoice then the seller can simply send the invoice with a shipping cost
of zero (or perhaps some small fee for handling).

Correct. The reason for this is that PayPal charges a transaction fee for each
individual instance of a payment sent ($0.49 + 3.49% domestically), so adding
a small amount to an order would cause the seller to lose money due to the static
fee.
