I got my very 1st NSS but I did mail the package and the tracking says NO ACCESS
TO DELIVERY LOCATION. Obviously not my fault. I have updated the buyer. He has
admitted that the address is correct and he is not upset at me but he will not
remove the NSS. I have contacted the HELP DESK and I have a ticket # but nothing
yet. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. James

Reship to the buyer's correct address. The buyer will remove the NSS when
they have received the order.

Maybe the buyer can go to the post office and pick it up?
