| I just had a situation where the buyer and me agreed to cancel an order so the
buyer could then revise the order and place a new one.
The buyer had already paid for the order via EFT (Canada).
I canceled the order and went through all the steps on the "Manage Refund"
portion of the order page. The order no longer shows up on my FEES page, so I
know that BL has completed the cancellation.
My question is, does BL initiate the EFT transfer of the funds back to the buyer,
or do I need to do that myself?
If BL does it, how long does that usually take? The buyer has already paid for
the revised order, but I want to make sure that he's not out the money for
the original order for very long - but I also don't want to transfer the
money to him if BL is going to do it again.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Bricklink can only initiate refunds for onsite payments through Paypal or Stripe.
If the buyer used an offsite payment method you'll have to do the refund
yourself.

By EFT do you mean e-transfer? You will need to do that yourself.
