I woke up this morning and saw my selling privileges were revoked and store suspended
(preventive action) without any information or message, no complaints or visible
issues so far. I contacted the Bricklink customer support immediately, but no
answer so far.

Is this the right way to close a store immediately without giving them the possibility
to act on any reason/issue/complaint or whatever else?

My apologises but I have no understanding for this measure.

Hope the customer support will answer soon.

I don't care, you're in my least favorite list

But I agree 100% on this; if an action is taken against any Seller, there SHOULD
be some communication of the general reason - I'm not talking about the secret
of their detection algorithm or whatever they base their decision on...

Happy it seems solved for you anyway, and hoping you've got some details?
