Please can we change the quantity of the white 2x4 plate 3020 from 2 to 10, there
are 10 of these parts in the set and not the 2 quoted on Bricklink.

Ok, I get they are listed in the alternate section to cover the holes of the
alternate 4x4 double inverted slope, but what do you use to bulk out the slope
when you put them together? I have got all the parts listed have nothing left
over and was short 8 2x4 plates, I'm using the double inverted slopes without
the holes they are the same dimensions.
Or are we meant to use the medium blue 1x2 plates that are put in the middle
of the block for no reason at all!!
Does anybody have a copy of the other version of instructions?

Yes.

In the old version, they used the slope without holes and the 1x2 plates on the
ends, below the bricks with side studs.

When they added holes to the slopes (or did they remove the holes? ),
they had to fill them because they show very much.
So they added the white 2x4 plates and moved the 1x2 plates in this useless position
(add, never remove).
And they needed 2x4 because there’s 3 holes to cover in white and the 1x2 plates
are blue.

So, if you have the old version: don’t use the 2x4 plates there, use the 1x2
plates instead.

Does anybody have a copy of the other version of instructions?

Nope, new one only here.

Thanks for the reply, I did wonder why they were putting the blue 1x2 plates
in there.
I have just found another set of instructions and it does show the 1x2 plates
being used.
I've just printed that page which I'll put with my copy.
It would be nice if Lego had made a mention of that in later copies to save the
confusion.
