| hi, i encounter some problem and need help
i have some missing parts item with 2 seller
and now the order burst ,
they dont want reply my message already.
what can i do?

| When did you message them? How many days ago? What parts were missing? Are they
extremely valuable? Some more info is needed to give an accurate idea of what
to do.

quite long ,overhalf year, order purged,
1 seller promise will send back missing parts
he claim that he posted 3 mail ,
but i only received 1.
1 seller said refund , i said i will lose paypal fees,
so pending another order then send together for the missing parts.

Very little you can do.
Stoplist or least favorite the seller(s) in question, and move onto other stores.
If you paid via PayPal, and the order arrives within the 6 month timeframe, and
is found not complete, then file a chargeback request with PayPal, they will
usually side with you.
If the order was specified to be sent via a fast shipping method, you should
not wait more than the designated timeframe for the parcel delivery times. If
you wait too long, it will be much more difficult for you to successfully get
a chargeback through PayPal.
There isn't much to say, except to be a lot more careful. I recommend looking
at feedback of sellers you want to buy from, before even looking at their store.
If they have too many negatives with shipping related complaints or comments,
I'd recommend you buy elsewhere, most especially if the negatives or neutrals
are recent.
The onus is on the buyer to assess the seller's feedback history, doing so
will give you a better idea of the seller's history of potential problems.
You should also always check the store's Terms & Conditions, some sellers
have odd conditions that may mean they're more trouble to you than they're
worth.
Just my 2c worth.
