| When I open the app, it just shows an unresponsive blank window. Do you know
how to fix it?

As for your problem, it may be related to this one:
https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6443 which, except running
older versions, is unsolvable because Apple doesn’t allow to maintain compatibility
with older machines.
If you’re not using an “old” Mac, you’ll need to give more info about your system
(operating system, its version, your hardware, CPU, GPU, memory), preferrably
on the other forum.
