I have been using PayPal/shipstation for labels and suddenly last night my labels
are half the normal size and turned up and down instead of sideways. I use a
desktop printer. I changed no settings and have checked that printer settings
and shipstation settings are correct. anyone know what is up?

Try restarting your printer. Sometimes that works.
