| Hi,
I want to buy a set, but then I found this in the store terms:
We are never responsible for lost packages. By paying the invoice you accept
our store policies, paypal chargeback will result in NPB!
Is this allowed or is it even possible after payment?

Lots of Sellers don't really know the law.
Yes, seller is responsible for lost or damaged packages, even if we will report
the fault to the post or delivery service.
I don't really understand the Paypal chargeback... If a buyer don't receive
its order and ask Paypal for a refund ?
Would it be Feedback extortion ?

It is a load of nonsense. No matter how badly you want the set, I don't
recommend you purchase from a seller who expresses such a cranky attitude in
their terms.
