Seller Ships to My Country Store: 77's Bricks & Sets
Received an order on April 5 and did not know it. I found out a little over
a week ago. I have contacted the buyer three times since I found out I made
a mistake. (A really stupid mistake.) Since I have heard nothing and cannot
find a way to cancel. Any suggestions on what I can do? I am lost as a seller
now, things keep seeping out of brain.
Any help will be appreciated and I feel like such a really old man, minus a functional
brain.

You need to file an order cancel request first, then you can cancel the order.

Did the buyer pay? You should be able to refund if so.

You need to file an order cancel request first, then you can cancel the order.

Did the buyer pay? You should be able to refund if so.

Thank you for the help. No, buyer did not pay and I failed to send an invoice.
I did look at the cancel tab and there was no acceptable way to cancel that
did not include the buyer. I cannot say the buyer wanted to cancel.

I confirm, as a seller you can cancel unilaterally.

Simply first start an OCR "request", then second, do confirm the request.

The buyer can't do anything.
