Has anyone else experienced anything weird with their shipping options? Last
month, all the shipping options were deactivated. Now, I have customers messaging
me that there are no longer any options for them to buy from their area. I live
in Ontario and my Ontario customers are being told they can't receive shipments
in their area.

I have gone over all the settings and I've even removed a bunch of details...
No more auto payments. All manual. Still having trouble.

despite a lettermail shipment costing almost $7 on shipping and fees everything
else seems to be/work normally

Everything was fine until about a month ago. I never changed any of the settings
and all of a sudden, there were no options available. All the options were unclicked.
Not by me. Then in the last week, I keep getting messages from potential buyers
asking if I ship to them.

As of today, I have gone back to the classic format of manual calculations for
all orders.



In Shipping, UTLF writes:
  Do you have PayPal onsite enabled? I recall someone facing a similar issue here
& that was one of the possible causes that were suggested

You will need to have an Onsite payment option available so that taxes / VAT
can be collected by BL and remitted to the appropriate state / province / country.
