| How long should I wait before reporting a non-communicating seller. I received
an order that was shy on what I paid for, and the seller has not responded in
over a week. Another has not responded when I asked for a tracking number even
though it says the order has shipped. So once again my question is how long do
I wait before filing a complaint?

As long as your communication was via the 'Contact your seller about this
order' button on the order detail page, then a week is plenty long enough
to wait. All communication regarding an order should be made using that link
to keep a record. Some sellers don't see messages sent directly to their
email.

You can start an NSS for the first issue
Not sure what the complaint would be for the second issue
