I've been selling on Bricklink for 5 years now. 99% of the time I do well
and ship things in a timely manner. Ever so often I get behind and meet a customer
who gets upset. I just received my 2nd NSS in the past 5 years. in the terms
of bricklink it seems to say that if I get 3 I can't run a bricklink store.
I would hate to lose my store over a 3 unhappy customers over years of running
a business. Am I understanding it correctly? Is there a way for me to get them
taken off after a certain amount of time?

It is 3 COMPLETED NSS. As longs as you are providing shipping
information or refunding the buyers, the NSS should be cancelled and you will
be good to continue selling.
