| Hi everyone,
I place order wiht instant checkout and pay the order via pay pal (20€ bricks
and 9€ s&h). After the succesfull payment seller contact me that package weight
ih higher than the calcuated and that I must pay additional 8€ for shipping.
Do you have advice what to do since this is the first time that I am dealing
with this problem. Since order is small if I pay this additional shipping fee
it won't be profitable to me anymore.

Hi,
It happened for me earlier as a seller. I just covered the extra cost, it was
not a big amount, only 2 or 3€.
But 8€ is a big difference !
The seller could offer you the choice of cancelling the order if the extra shipping
costs are too much for you.

Since the seller is changing the shipping cost you were shown and agreed to pay
you are well within your right to refuse paying more. The seller should give
you a 100% refund without penalizing you since it was not your error.

Not only that, but croatia is part of the EU as of January 1st 2023. The EU has
really good customer protections, the customer xannot be charged after the order
is placed.
Traders must tell you the full price (including taxes and charges) before you
pay

Either way, the problem is on them. A "weight miscalculation" resulting
in an 8€ difference is balderdash.

Tell them no, as you have already paid.
