I've had this brick for many years. Shown in comparison to a current white
brick. Looks like there is no pigment in the brick. Any I put would be helpful.
Thanks

I would need to be able to see the mold numbers to see if it is a mold that was
known for 3001special testbricks.

You're right, it is a patent pending brick.
One has a 7 and N on the inside
Another has a 9 N
Another has 15 N
Another has a 9 N
Another has 18 N

Do people collect these? Worth anything?

This matches test bricks that have been found in the UK.
Probably made in the Wrexham plant.

  Do people collect these?

Yes

It might be an inhouse Lego brick for Legoland Parks?

No, the N bricks are known from Wrexham, some nice rare colors…

These are the only colors like this I ever found, I hope more will turn up.

Always kept an eye open for these but never had any luck finding others.

Does it have any glitter? If not, it’s probably the thick-walled version of a
Milky White brick used in LEGOLAND parks.

no gliter

What WoutR said, Wrexham UK bricks most likely.

These are pure ABS, no color added.

Yes, very collectable, you can list them under 3001special, or trade them with
collectors.

Nice find, Wrexhams do not often turn up.

It is possible that the ones you have are not from the UK, but from an American
factory.
If you have any info on where you got them from, that would greatly help us collectors
and historians.

Hi guys!

I´m glad I follow this forum because you always learn useful stuff !
Like this one - I´ve always wondered what those are cause I have two that look
like that. And looking underneath I see the pat pend and 8 N & 17 N.

Thanks for the knowledge!

Nice

Quite a coincidence that they match. There are a LOT of different test bricks,
and we are still finding new ones.

I know I ordered these from some seller in Europe at least 15 years ago. I did
manage to find some more in storage. Now I have 19 "N" and 1 "P"

Nice!

The N and P are often found together.
I think the number range we find for each is incomplete, so maybe some old N
and P mold parts were reused to make this test mold. That is still uncertain
though.
