I tried looking up "tile with brick profile" on a whim and assumed there
wasn't anything; so until LEGO makes such a brick, what have people been
using for streets in their own castle/medieval creations?

Yea, sorry, that's what I meant by "brick" profile.

That's exactly the look I'm looking for, and these would work if they're
laid down sideways I guess.
