| I want to start a store and I definitely have enough LEGO right now so I don’t
want to have to buy from a bunch of places and hope. Is there a place where sellers
list that they give feedback?

You can look at the seller feedback profile to see their feedbackpattern.
You can always contact your seller and ask to leave feedback.

You can see their feedback profile by clicking directly on their feedback number.
Head to the bottom of the page for 'Show me feedback that .... left about
others.'
Then you can discern how frequently that seller leaves feedback.
Or, of course, just ask first!

If you want to open your shop the procedure is to have some feedback.
Not the feedback is the purpose but the fact that there have been some real transactions
so everybody can see you are a serious bricklink user.
This is to reduce scammers who open shops and get some money without shipping,
all anonymous.
With the feedback procedure there is some sort of social control from other BL-users
if a buyer is trustworthy to start a shop or not.
So just have some BL transactions.
Sort out your inventory for a few extra days and hope for some positive feedback.
After that you open your shop.

Also, maybe find a good deal for a part/set you can sell on in your store with
a profit.
