hi,
I have received a message from a regular customer from Poland, that i suddenly
do not ship to poland anymore,
I did not change anything in my settings...and when I check ..I still have the
option to ship to Poland active..
the Dutch postalservice did change poland to eurozone 2 in stead of eurozone
3,but this should not have any effect..since i do not have any problems with
other country's from zone 2 or 3
does someone know how to check what is wrong?

kind regards,Hans

If BrickLink is to collect VAT or other taxes, you must have an Onsite payment
method enabled in your shop. (And then be sure your buyer does not pay you directly.)

Could this be the issue?

Nope.  As both Netherlands and Poland are in EU, there’s no border, so no import/export,
no import VAT for BL to collect.

What could happen is that Hans is near the €10k intra-EU limit… but then all
countries in EU (but the Netherlands) would be blocked until he registers to
OSS, and he says other countries are okay.

Ploand is EU so indeed no borders..
but indeed no onsite payment...but never needed it for Poland

and not even nearly 10K...the year is starting
[happened to me in november,so blocked for the EU for a month]
still no Poland...the rest of all country's is no problem

the mystery continues untill now
