According to the catalog this parts comes only in set

352 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 2002
Sets: Star Wars: Star Wars Episode 2
Unfortunatly I did not find 10+ of bobba and jango

Could this tile also have been part of other sets?

probably not. looking at what's for sale it was likely just from extra parts
that were sold by lego
