According to the instructions page 137 build 13 there is only one crane piece with 3 stickers. The one left middle. The one right under will be uploaded by me later (hopefully today).

Thanks for spotting this.

As a note for the future:

It may be the set image / instructions cover image was used for reference purposes
when adding 2 of them but even so the medium sized and smaller holes are in opposite
places so there really should only be 1 anyway.
