| Hi!
Is there a possibility to export all orders from my store? (from the beginning)
I can only export orders that a have done. But it would be nice if i could get
an overview of all the sales from my store.
Or is there a customer support available - maybe they can help me in this case?

But I thought it would include all sales from the beginning, not just the past
6 months.

Can't check, I have no sales.
But I thought it would include all sales from the beginning, not just the past
6 months.

Bricklink only keeps 6 months of sales and then they are purged from the system.
You have to download periodically if you want to use the information they provide.

Bricklink only keeps 6 months of sales and then they are purged from the system.
You have to download periodically if you want to use the information they provide.

It downloads all orders, but "Detail item information is not available for
purged orders."

You can download all your overall order info on the download page here:
https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp?orderType=received
That is just basic information though (Order ID, date, Buyer User ID, Order Total,
etc.); as has already been stated, you can only get the full details of the last
6 months of sales...
