Was this for an individual lot? Or was it for, like, 50 lots of a set you
parted out?

from it Too much sets, too little space..

I find getting one is even more disheartening. You know the part has been in
the database long enough for someone to add it to their list, but only one.

Although if you save up notifications and do them less frequently then you are
more likely to get larger numbers and also sales on the back of them. If BL tells
a buyer a single part is available then they are unlikely to bother going to
you store. If someone gets multiple notifications for single parts from a store
in a short period of time if they notify too frequently, the store is likely
to be ignored or even worse least favourited.

If you would like to get into a more positive mood, just upload a few black 1x1
plates and bricks, and you'll be sure to capture the audience.

A bit of a longer story from something I got refunded. For orders the PayPal
costs are added to the invoice. Anyway, it's just weird that the costs are
so high. Once I received a payment of € 0.39, leaving exactly € 0.00 for me.
This company must be a dream for the owners. Time we start using some alternatives!

That is the problem using PayPal for very small payments. The small transfer
has the same infrastructure costs as a large one hence the fixed fee part of
the costs. There is also the micropayments system for people that regularly take
small payments.

The thing is, infrastructure costs can't possibly be that high. My bank allows
me to do hundreds or thousands of transactions per day without charging anything
extra. It's all automated, and of course there are costs involved in anything.
Just not a lot, or the business is very badly managed.

It's not infrastructure costs; you're paying for the convenience of using
PayPal.

PayPal will continue to charge ridiculous fees as long as people continue to
use the service (and pay for it).

Truth be told, PayPal's fees are not that ridiculous as credit card companies
also charge processing fees.

I'm sure PayPal makes good money.

There is a 35 cent fixed fee on all transactions. So it makes no sense to use
PP for payments under 5 euro or whatever. If you have to pay 35 cent on a 200
euro transaction its nothing.

No. The saddest is getting an email from Bricklink saying "Your account has
been suspended. Please contact the help desk and we will get back to you around
New Years if you are lucky."

Dijon Mustard

Though Dijon is a region of France that makes outstanding mustard, the term
"Dijon" isn't a protected food name (like Champagne), and most Dijon
is produced outside of France. It's often made with white wine and brown
and/or black mustard seeds. Dijon has a more pungent, spicy flavor than yellow
mustard.

Boba Fett should have a more yellowish-green armour. Filthy clone...

Actually, Dijon is a town

The area around it is le Dijonnais.
The département is la Côte-d’Or.
The historical region is la Bourgogne (Burgundy).
The administrative région is now la Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (union of
Bourgogne and Franche-Comté, yep, it took them a couple of years to come up with
the name).

that makes outstanding mustard, the term

Mustard isn’t as glamourous as bubbly wine but moutarde de Bourgogne is
a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).  But then, there’s lots of PGI/PDOs
in France….
“Dijon mustard” is more linked to the production method than to a location and/or
a tradition, especially as, as you say, it isn’t produced in Dijon and most of
the seeds come from Canada

Well, as a colour, mustard isn’t very appealing.
