I had an order (I am the seller) but I can’t ship the order with the shipping
method choosen by the buyer (letter) because the part bought (a technic wheel
for the 8880 supercar that hadn’t dimensions in catalog; I added it after) doesn’t
fit in a letter and the shipping price for a parcel is really more expensive.
I totally refunded the buyer with a message explaining why. I emailed him here
and with his personal email address but I bave no reply since.
The problem is that the order is still in "paid" status and I don’t have
the possibility to make an Order Cancellation Request and complete it.
