Are these Lego? If so, does anyone have a part number? Thanks

Are there any Lego markings on them?

Doesn't look like it, the only marking is 10044 which is not a LEGO part
number.

What if there are no Lego marks on the part, just a question out of curiosity.

Some Lego pieces do not have the Lego logo. Until recently Lego did not have
the capability to micro tag small pieces.

The absence of the LEGO logo is no proof.
But the presence of the logo is proof.
So the question “is there a logo” is still useful.

As for those parts, I think they are not LEGO: never seen, wrong shape for the
clips, etc.
