| Hi, we just recently opened up this past week. I was wondering if anyone would
like to take a look at what we have going on, and if possible provide some feedback.
We have been consistantly adding more and more lots daily, and we plan for much
more growth as time goes on. As we are new, I have come up with a couple of questions.
With our current lot count in mind, what is a normal rate for sales to come through?
Is our pricing at a good spot, and if not what can be improved?
Is there more detail we should provide about terms, conditions, etc?
How vital is sending out wanted-list notifications? And how often should we be
doing it?
Is the discussion form/social media a necessary way to get exposure?
How can we improve in general?
We want to be the best little shop we can be, so any advice would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

Congrats on your store opening!
Your terms state "We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, or Bricklink."
I am not aware of any payment methods through Bricklink other than Stripe and
PayPal. Having the Bricklink in this term is misleading and confusing.
The rest of your terms look good. You might consider adding in a chart for shipping
showing weight & prices for domestic. Also add in a reference that Priority mail
will be used over X weight.
After doing a mock order in your store, your shipping looks good, and your prices
are very fair.
As a buyer I cannot help with lot count except to say, the more lots you have,
the more orders you will get.
I check my e-mails every day for wanted list notifications as I am sure many
members do. Vital? It will bring in more traffic!
Best of luck,
Cass T

| My best guess answers:
- I would think about 1 order every couple of weeks.
- Your base pricing seems very high. It appears to be based on the current for
sale average which is always high. Even your parts that are on sale seem to
be more expensive than the average sold over the past 6 months. As a tiny seller,
you should be base pricing below the 6 month sold average.
- Terms look good.
- Sending out a wanted list notification is not that important and won't
drive lots of sales, but there's no reason not to do it every time you add
a significant number of lots. It just takes 1 click.
- Social media and discussion forums don't drive sales. Low prices and variety
drive sales. Most people shop from wanted lists, not because you posted somewhere.
- Lower your prices. Provide quick shipping, quality packaging, accurately described
inventory, and good customer service if you make a mistake.
Good luck!
