Hello,

I have found a new mold number for this vehicle base: 3225

Part No: 11650c02 Name: Vehicle, Base 5 x 10 x 2 1/2 with Mudguards and 6 x 2 Recessed Center with 3 Holes with Light Bluish Gray Wheels Holders Attached
*
11650c02 Vehicle, Base 5 x 10 x 2 1/2 with Mudguards and 6 x 2 Recessed Center with 3 Holes with Light Bluish Gray Wheels Holders Attached
Parts: Vehicle, Base

that I opened in

Set No: 41726 Name: Holiday Camping Trip
*
41726-1 (Inv) Holiday Camping Trip
79 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 2023
Sets: Friends

https://brickset.com/parts/design-103961
https://brickset.com/parts/design-12622

The modified plates are also different with 6157 on the 11650 and 39767 on the
3225. I can see only one difference in the base part and that is the pins that
hold the modified plate.

Here it is compared with the White one from set

Set No: 41694 Name: Pet Clinic Ambulance
*
41694-1 (Inv) Pet Clinic Ambulance
46 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 2022
Sets: Friends

Please let me know if we have an alternate or a new entry.

Secondly, I was unable to remove the wheels from my used 11650c02 without damaging
the plastic. Am I crazy or has anyone else encountered this problem?

Thanks!
Jen

Hi Jennifer. I once had one of these that I could not get the wheels off either.
So I listed it with wheels in the comments section.

The other difference is the shape of the LBG wheel holder plates.

Part No: 6157 Name: Plate, Modified 2 x 2 with Wheels Holder Wide and Hole
*
6157 Plate, Modified 2 x 2 with Wheels Holder Wide and Hole
Parts: Plate, Modified {Light Bluish Gray}

Part No: 11002 Name: Plate, Modified 2 x 2 with Wheels Holder Wide and Hole, Reinforced Bottom
*
11002 Plate, Modified 2 x 2 with Wheels Holder Wide and Hole, Reinforced Bottom
Parts: Plate, Modified
Since these are deemed functionally different already, a new entry for the vehicle
base might be necessary.

No, actually the modified plates are 6157 and 39767 which were already determined
as alternates. 11002 is not involved.

Thanks,
Jen

As mentioned in the notes for 11650c02, "This assembly comes pre-assembled
in sets and was not intended to be disassembled."

No, it's not the plates that won't come off the base. It's the wheels
that won't come off the plates. Like in the picture.

Ah, OK. I suppose we should have a similar note on the version that comes with
the wheels.

I have encountered this a few times. I just ask my husband to take them off.
It works every time!

or if I come across another wheels-free part.
