| Hallo, mein Käufer hat den Status auf "erhalten" gestellt und nun kann
ich nicht auf "abgeschlossen" umstellen. Somit erhalte ich immer die
Info: zwei Bestellungen offen. Da ich noch neu mit meinem Verkauf bin, weiß ich
nicht, wie ich das ändern kann.

Another Silvain? Oh, dear…
Anyway, beyond "shipped" ("received" and "completed"
), the order status is not for the seller to change, only the buyer.

I can tell the difference between IA and AI, but I can't tell the difference
between AI and NI

IA is the sound of a donkey, AI of artificial intelligence.
On the other hand, now that I read it the difference isn’t that much.

Das kannst du nicht ändern. Im Gegenteil, du wirst dich daran gewöhnen müssen.
Viele Käufer, nach meinen Erfahrungen gut 50 Prozent, ändern den Status überhaupt
nicht. Das heißt, dass du noch nicht mal erkennen kannst, ob die Sendung überhaupt
angekommen ist, falls du keinen Zustellnachweis haben solltest.
Viele Bestellungen verschwinden nach Monaten im Nirwana und stehen immer noch
auf "shipped".
Meine Aufgabe ist es, auf "paid", "packed" und "shipped"
zu stellen. Der Rest interessiert mich dann nicht mehr.
Die Käufer werden sich schon melden, wenn mit Ihrer Lieferung etwas nicht stimmt.
